We operate a directory of U.S. healthcare providers based on public data from the NPPES NPI Registry. Doctors may claim their profiles to add bios, photos, and other professional information. We also provide an AI-powered general information tool ("Ask a Doctor") that is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this site — directory listings, AI answers, blog posts, or reviews — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical concerns. In case of emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Directory Data Accuracy

NPI Registry data is maintained by the U.S. government and may lag behind real-world changes (new addresses, retirements, name changes). We do not guarantee real-time accuracy. Doctors are responsible for keeping their claimed profile information current.

4. User-Generated Content

Reviews, Q&A, and claimed profile content are provided by users and doctors. We moderate content to remove spam, abuse, or false claims, but we do not pre-approve all submissions. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to:

• Scrape or bulk-download data for commercial redistribution
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Impersonate a doctor or submit fraudulent profile claims
• Attack, harass, or discriminate against any individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions you make based on directory information or AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
