Why is Help Me Find A Doctor valuable for new doctors just starting out?

New clinicians fight an uphill battle: no Google reviews, no domain authority, no patient pipeline. Because every NPI-registered doctor already has a profile here, you start on day one with a ranked, search-indexed page that links to your specialty, city, and state. Claiming is free, AI helps you write a polished bio and service descriptions in minutes, and upgrading to a paid tier puts you above more established competitors who haven't claimed their listing. Within a week you can have a real online presence — without a website, an SEO agency, or a marketing budget.

Why is it valuable for established doctors with existing patient bases?

Established doctors get three big wins: (1) consolidate your online presence — your NPI profile, social channels, Google Business listing, and website all link back to one authoritative page; (2) capture the patients already searching for your name or specialty in your city by ranking on long-tail SEO terms like 'cardiologist in Scottsdale AZ'; and (3) turn organic visibility into measurable leads through email capture, click-to-call tracking, and reporting. You keep 100% of the leads — we never charge per-lead fees.

Why is it valuable for multi-provider practices and groups?

Every provider in your practice already has an NPI profile. Claim them under a single authorized account, and patients searching for any doctor on your team land on a page that promotes your practice, logo, locations, and services. Authorized practice managers can edit multiple profiles, respond to Q&A across providers, and track leads in one place. As your group adds locations or specialties, each new city/specialty combination becomes its own indexed landing page — building durable SEO value owned by the practice, not the directory.

How does this help doctors who are selling or retiring their practice?

A claimed, premium-tier profile is a real asset when you sell. Buyers value documented online presence, lead history, and patient reviews — all of which we capture and report on. You can transfer authorized-user access to the buyer at closing so the profile, leads, and patient Q&A history move with the practice. For retiring physicians, you can also use the Amplify tier to actively promote a 'practice for sale' message across your linked Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and LinkedIn — reaching qualified buyers who already follow you.

Do the premium benefits stack? What do I keep when I upgrade?

Yes — every tier carries forward everything from the previous tier, then adds new tools. When you upgrade from Basic to Spotlight, you keep your free listing and gain premium profile fields, a verified badge, and elevated ranking. Upgrade again to Connect and you keep all of that plus email lead capture and reporting. Move up to Engage and you add click-to-call tracking on top of everything else. Amplify gives you the full stack — all previous features plus social channel integration and top placement. Your profile gets stronger and more attractive at every step; you never lose what you already unlocked.

What are the limitations if I stay on the free Basic profile?

Basic is genuinely useful — your name, specialty, NPI-listed practice address, and a directions map are all live. But Basic profiles do NOT show your public phone, website link, or practice logo; they don't get the verified badge; they rank below paid tiers in specialty/city search; and they cannot capture email leads or tracked phone calls. You also can't link your social channels or grant authorized-user access to office staff. Patients can find you, but you have no tools to convert that traffic into appointments. Upgrading unlocks those conversion tools while keeping everything Basic already gave you.

What does Spotlight ($10.99/mo) unlock inside my dashboard?

Spotlight turns on the public phone, website link, and practice logo fields in your dashboard — everything you save there appears immediately on your public profile. You also get the verified badge, elevated ranking in your specialty's search results, and an impression boost across the directory. This is your foundation: every higher tier builds on top of Spotlight, so you never lose these benefits. Best fit: solo doctors who want a polished, professional presence and are ready to start converting profile views into patient interest.

What does Connect ($12.99/mo) unlock inside my dashboard?

Everything in Spotlight, plus an Email Leads section appears in your dashboard with a unified inbox, status tracking (new → contacted → booked → closed), and downloadable daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. A lead-capture form is added to your public profile. Because benefits stack, you still keep your verified badge, elevated ranking, and premium profile fields from Spotlight. Best fit: doctors actively trying to grow patient volume who want a measurable pipeline.

What does Engage ($15.99/mo) unlock inside my dashboard?

Everything in Connect, plus a Call Tracking section in your dashboard showing every click-to-call event from your profile, with attribution, call duration, and source. A prominent click-to-call button is added to your public profile. You still keep every feature from Spotlight and Connect — your profile fields, verified badge, ranking boost, email leads, and reporting all stay active. Best fit: practices where phone calls drive most bookings (urgent care, dental, surgery consults).

What does Amplify ($17.99/mo) unlock inside my dashboard?

Everything in Engage, plus a Social Channels section in your dashboard where you connect Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn. Posts, reviews, and lead events from those channels flow into the same reporting view, and your profile is promoted to top placement across the directory. You keep every single feature from Spotlight, Connect, and Engage — this is the maximum profile strength we offer. Best fit: established practices, groups, and doctors preparing a practice for sale who need maximum reach and the strongest possible online presence.

How do I sign up?

Go to the Claim page and search for your name or 10-digit NPI. Confirm the listing is you, verify your identity, then add your photo, bio, services, and procedures from your dashboard. A basic listing is free.

How do I upgrade my account?

Visit the Pricing page, choose the plan that fits how you want to grow, and check out. Switch plans monthly or annually at any time — annual saves roughly 17% (one month free).

How do you keep your prices so low?

We seed the directory from the public federal NPPES NPI Registry, so we don't pay to acquire baseline listings. We run an AI-first, lightweight team with no commissioned sales reps, and our lead-capture and call-tracking tools share infrastructure. We pass those savings on so doctors pay a fraction of what comparable directories charge.

Why are so many doctors already listed in the directory?

Because every active U.S. clinician with an NPI is already listed — over 1.5 million of them — and patients land on those pages today. Claiming is free, instantly improves how the profile ranks, and unlocks AI-assisted bio and service writing.

Is there a minimum commitment on premium plans?

Yes — every premium plan (Spotlight, Connect, Engage, Amplify) carries a 90-day minimum once activated, which equals three monthly payments (or a single prepaid annual term). We require 90 days because that's the realistic window for Google and the other major search engines to re-crawl and re-rank your strengthened profile, and to measure new-patient lift and online ranking improvement. We automatically resubmit every premium profile, location, and blog page for indexing at the 90-day mark — and again at every renewal — so the page keeps gaining authority over time. After the 90-day minimum you can cancel or downgrade at any time from your dashboard.

What happens after my 90-day minimum is over?

Nothing changes unless you choose to change it. Your plan keeps renewing month-to-month (or annually) and every renewal triggers a fresh search-engine re-submission for your profile, your specialty/city landing pages, and any blog posts you've published. Most doctors stay on once they see the rankings compound — losing your placement means restarting the climb. You're never locked in past the first 90 days; cancel or downgrade anytime from the dashboard.

Can I publish blog posts from my dashboard?

Yes — premium doctors can list up to four top cash-based services in the dashboard and click 'AI blog' to have us draft and publish a patient-education article on each one. The post is published to the public 'For Your Health' blog with a byline that links back to your profile, included in the sitemap, and submitted for indexing. It's a simple, ongoing way to promote your highest-margin services without writing from scratch.

Can I cancel or downgrade later?

After your 90-day minimum (three monthly payments, or your prepaid annual term), yes — cancel or change plans from your dashboard at any time. If you downgrade, you keep access to the higher-tier features through the end of the current billing period.

Is my profile data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls on every record, and never sell your patient leads.

General health questions

What are the types of stem cells and how do they relieve chronic pain?

Stem cells are the very foundation of every cell in your body, and the primary role of stem cells is to maintain and repair the tissue in which they are found. Stem cells have the ability to develop — through a process called differentiation — and self-renew (make copies of themselves) into many different types of cells, such as skin cells, brain cells, lung cells and more. Stem cells are a key component of regenerative medicine, as they create opportunities for new clinical applications, developing completely new ways to treat and manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, and degenerative nerve, bone and joint conditions.

There are four different types of stem cells — they originate from different areas of the body, and they have different healing functionalities:

  • Embryonic stem cells (ES) — Incredibly valuable stem cells that are formed as a normal part of embryonic development, and have the potential to become any type of cell in the body, making them invaluable for treating and studying many diseases.
  • Tissue-specific stem cells — Found in tissues such as the brain, heart, bone marrow, blood, blood vessels, skeletal muscles, skin and liver. These tissue-specific stem cells are powerful, naturally-occurring cells that can modify inflammation and promote natural healing.
  • Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) — Tissue or "adult" stem cells, which are specialized cells found in the skeletal tissues. They can differentiate or specialize into cartilage cells, bone cells and fat cells.
  • Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) — Cells that are created artificially in a lab by reprogramming a patient's own natural cells, thus there is no risk that their immune system will reject them. These iPS cells can be made from freely available cells including fat, skin and fibroblasts (cells that produce connective tissue).
